Science – Career Related Learning

At Reid Street we want to foster a love of science beyond the limits of Key Stage 1 and 2. Our aim is to equip children with both knowledge and a passion for the subject of science (and other related STEAM subjects), which will prepare, support and enable pupils in their transition into Key Stage 3 and beyond.

Staff at Reid Street have collated Career Related Learning Sheets to provide pupils with inspiration for potential next steps in education and as well as future career options.

Science skills and knowledge can applied so broadly, to so many exciting and varied careers. There are many possibilities for pupils who have found a love of science, to develop that passion into a career. By highlighting opportunities and potential educational and career paths to our pupils, we can ensure that we offer children the advice, guidance and preparation they need to step forward into their very bright futures, where anything is possible!
